I'm Joanna, a freelance motion designer and animator, with fifteen years of experience across brand films, explainers, campaigns and motion identity systems. I work with brands directly and with agencies and studios who need a reliable pair of hands for motion – from single films to rolling campaign programmes.
I work across B2B and B2C, from enterprise brands to consumer campaigns, and the subject matter can range from genuinely complex to lightly playful. I like the challenge of making any material feel clear, tangible, and worth watching, without oversimplifying it or leaning on cliché.
I'm across the full production process: storyboarding, design, 2D animation, character animation, motion design, kinetic typography, sound design, data visualisation. That range means I can take a project from initial concept through to finished delivery, or slot into a wider team as the animator, or bring a static concept to life for social and digital OOH. Whatever the shape of the brief, I keep it honest and I keep it moving.
